Hospital Director, Lady Reading Hospital (MTI) Peshawar invites sealed bids through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) for multiple re-tendered procurement and service packages under IFB No. 09/LRH/2026. Bids must be submitted online on KP ePADS and physical original bid securities (CDR/Bank Guarantee) must reach the Hospital as required. Pre-bid meetings are scheduled (see table). Bids will be received up to 11:00 AM on the respective closing dates and opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

- Original bid security (CDR/Bank Guarantee) in PKR must be provided as specified for each package; e-bids received without the required original bid security will be declared non-responsive.
- Firms must be registered on ePADS and comply with applicable taxes, duties, and procurement rules of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids under Rule 47 of the KP Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPRA) Procurement Rules 2014.
