Khyber College of Dentistry (KCD-MTI), Peshawar invites sealed bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) from eligible bidders registered with FBR (Income Tax, Sales Tax and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List) for the following project. Bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of the Dean, Khyber College of Dentistry is required.

How to obtain bidding documents: A complete set of bidding documents may be downloaded from the Khyber College of Dentistry website (https://kcd.edu.pk/tenders) and EPADS portal (https://portal.pkepra.gov.pk) after publication of this advertisement and until the last submission date.
Pre-bid meeting: 2026-08-18 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room, Khyber College of Dentistry. Bidders should study the solicitation documents and bring written queries/suggestions; queries must also be submitted in writing.
Submission & opening: Scanned PDF files of Technical and Financial Bids must be uploaded separately via EPADS on or before 2026-09-03 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. No hard copies of bids will be accepted.
Important conditions:
- Bids must follow KCD specifications; alternate rates are not acceptable.
- Bids on original letterhead, sealed and signed only; handwritten tenders will be rejected.
- A bid accompanied by a Pay Order will be rejected.
- Original bid security (CDR) must be placed in the sealed envelope and produced at time of bid opening; an affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming original bid security is also required and must be uploaded with the financial bid.
- Procurement will be carried out as per KP-PPRA rules and Act. KCD-MTI reserves the right to cancel any or all bids under Rule 47 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority.
