District Council Chakwal Tender Notice – Multiple Construction Works (Closing 2026-08-18)

Office of the District Council Chakwal invites sealed bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/) from contractors registered on e-PADS for year 2026-27. Bids must be submitted online through the eP system and accompanied by the required bid security. Bidders must follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids to be submitted by or before 10:30 AM PST on the closing date and will be opened at 11:00 AM PST the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Key submission and eligibility notes:

- Bidders must be registered on e-PADS and submit the bidding document through the e-Procurement portal.
- Bid security amounts shown in the table must be provided; security submitted through the eP system or as specified in the bidding document.
- Rates must be item-wise, clear and readable. Ambiguous or unsealed bids will be rejected. Acceptance of bids is subject to the Tender Rules and approval by the Competent Authority.
