Tender: Supply of Color LaserJet Enterprise Flow MFP (All-in-One) – Bahria University, Islamabad

Issuer: Bahria University Head Office (Exams Directorate, Degree Section), BUHO, Sector E-8, Islamabad. Invitation to submit sealed bids (Single Stage – Two Envelope) for procurement of one Color LaserJet Enterprise Flow MFP All-in-One Printer for the Exams Directorate.

Bid documents can be downloaded from the PPRA website / ePADS or obtained from the Office of DD (Procurement) on submission of a written application. A non-refundable document fee of Rs. 5,000 must be deposited by Pay Order / Demand Draft in favor of Bahria University Islamabad. A bid security of Rs. 165,000 must be submitted in the shape of Pay Order / Demand Draft in favor of Bahria University Islamabad.

Submission and opening: Technical bids must be uploaded on ePADS. Hard copy of uploaded documents and original bid security must be deposited at the Office of DD (Procurement), Room No. 15, Basement, Quad Block, Bahria University Head Office, Sector E-8, Islamabad. Sealed bids must reach by 2026-08-19 at 11:00 hrs. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hrs in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Payment and office hours for submission of fee/bid documents: Office of DD Procurement, Room No. 15, Basement, Quad Block, Bahria University Head Office, Sector E-8, Islamabad between 0900 to 1400 hrs (Monday to Friday except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
