Invitation to Bid — Supply of Fashion Design Kits for Matric-Tech (Vehari District)

Issuer: District Education Authority (DEA), Vehari in collaboration with the concerned School Management Committees (SMCs). Purpose: Procurement of Fashion Design Kits for Matric-Tech (Fashion Design) to be provided to schools in District Vehari.

• Tender documents can be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority website: www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk.
• Online bid submission and bidder registration must be done via the Punjab e-Procurement Portal: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must be registered on the portal before submission.

Submission and opening:

• Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately via the e-Procurement portal on the specified due date.
• Deadline for submission of bids: 2026-08-24. Technical bids cut-off time 11:30 AM; technical bids will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same day (as per PPRA rules).

Bid security, performance guarantee and other conditions:

• Bid security (earnest money), performance guarantee and all other terms and conditions are as specified in the tender document and shall follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
• Samples or demonstration items requested in the bidding documents must be provided as specified for technical evaluation (see tender document for date/time/location).
• DEA Vehari reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
