Submission: Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS V2.0 before the closing date and time. Scanned copies must be uploaded to EPADS V2.0; original instruments (tender fee, bid security/earnest money as specified in EPADS V2.0) must reach the Procurement Department before the tender closing time. Non-refundable tender fee: Rs. 3,000/-. GIK Institute reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel the procurement in accordance with applicable PPRA Rules.
