| Eligibility Criteria | Minimum 5 years proven experience in developing and operating similar facilities; maintain minimum bank balance of PKR 50,000,000 or provide equivalent evidence of financial capacity; demonstrated financial strength and sound business credentials; proven record of successful projects and professional management; experience maintaining high standards of quality, safety and customer service. |
| Submission Requirements | Sealed offers to be submitted by the closing date along with: valid registration documents showing authorization to operate and manage club & other facilities; company profile; details of relevant experience and completed projects; bank statement or other documentary evidence of financial capability; proposed business plan and operational concept. |
| Application / Bid Fees & Security | Prescribed bid form available from the society office on payment of non-refundable PKR 200,000. All bids must be accompanied by bid security of PKR 1,000,000 (One Million) in the form of a pay order in the name of Sui Northern Officers' Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. Bid security will be returned to unsuccessful bidders on completion of bidding process. |
