NGC Peshawar Invitation for Bids (Ref: 02/2026-27/TL) – Transmission Line Erection & Related Works

National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) – TL M Division, Peshawar invites sealed bids for civil, dismantling, erection and stringing works on 220kV double-circuit transmission lines (Nowshera–Mardan & Chakdara–Shahibagh) at Derri Zhardad, District Charsadda. Bidders must be eligible and registered in the appropriate category with the Pakistan Engineering Council and comply with the Single Stage–Single Envelope procurement procedure under PPRA Rules 2014.

How to obtain bidding documents: Complete bidding documents are available on NGC/PPRA websites and from the office of Senior/Deputy Manager TL M Division, NGC Peshawar. Documents available w.e.f. 2026-08-10 to 2026-08-20.

Submission method & schedule: Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) v2.0. Electronic submission closes on 2026-08-20 at 11:00 a.m.; bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. through E-PADS v2.0.

Bid security: A bid security equal to 2% of the bid value in PKR (Original) in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan is required. Original bid security must be delivered to the office of TL M Division, NGC Peshawar before 11:00 a.m. on 2026-08-20. Bank Guarantee must remain valid for the period required (including at least 28 days beyond the bid validity period as specified).

Eligibility & conditions: Only firms meeting Pakistan Engineering Council registration requirements and other eligibility criteria in the bidding documents may participate. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process as per NGC/PPRA rules.
