Tender: Procurement & Repair Services — Crime Control Department, Bahawalpur Region (FY 2026-27)

Regional Officer, Crime Control Department (CCD), Bahawalpur Region invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for purchase/provision of miscellaneous items/services, repair of items and repair/maintenance of other/residential buildings for the Financial Year 2026-27.

Key dates & submission: Bid submission deadline: 2026-08-20 (online via Punjab e-Procurement System). Bid opening: 2026-08-20 at 10:30 AM (bidders or their representatives may attend).

How to apply / documents: All procurement will be processed electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding documents, terms, specifications and submission/upload procedures are available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and PPRA site: http://epp.punjab.gov.pk and http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must upload bids online and are responsible for timely upload.

Bid security & performance guarantee: Original bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost (PKR 2,400,000) must be submitted in physical form (CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order) in favour of RO CCD Bahawalpur Region before the bid submission deadline. On award, 10% of contract value will be taken as performance deposit/guarantee as required.

Eligibility & financial requirement: Submission of a bank statement for the last financial year showing a minimum closing balance of PKR 30,000,000 as of 2026-06-30 is mandatory; non-compliance will render the bid non-responsive. Bids validity: until 2027-06-30.

Evaluation & conditions: Financial bids will be evaluated on cumulative cost basis. Tendering will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Single Stage / Two Envelope as per bidding documents). The procuring agency reserves the right to accept/reject any or all e-bids per applicable rules.
