Issuer: National Bank of Pakistan (NBP). Vacancy: Chief Green Banking Manager (SVP/EVP) based at the Inclusive Development head office in Karachi. NBP seeks an experienced professional to lead its Green Banking and Environmental & Social Risk Management initiatives, develop policies, products and processes, and drive sustainable finance integration across the Bank.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing NBP's Green Banking framework, policies and procedures; mainstreaming environmental & social risk management across lending and banking operations; designing green banking products and business strategies; compliance with applicable national and international environmental & social safeguards and regulations; conducting due diligence and risk assessments; stakeholder engagement and capacity building across departments; monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement of green banking performance.

Skills & expertise sought: strong knowledge of green banking, environmental & social risk management, regulatory frameworks, project management, stakeholder engagement, policy development and the ability to integrate sustainability into banking processes and products.
