| Assistant Manager Process & Control (OG‑I / OG‑II) | Unit Head – Process & Control, Retail & Program Lending Division | Minimum graduation or equivalent; Master’s or relevant certification preferred | Minimum ~3 years’ experience in a commercial bank in credit quality assurance, credit processing, internal audit, credit operations or compliance; knowledge of processing retail/SME/Agri financing, SBP regulations, internal controls and QA frameworks. |
| Processing Officer (OG‑II / OG‑I) | Chief Credit/Processing Officer (Retail & Program Lending) | Minimum graduation or equivalent; Master’s or relevant certification preferred | Banking experience (typically around 1–2 years) with exposure to credit processing or support functions; good MS Office skills, record keeping and multitasking ability. |
| Recovery Support Officer (OG‑II / OG‑I) | Unit Head – Retail & Program Lending Division | Minimum graduation; LLB or relevant legal certification preferred | Minimum ~2 years’ banking and/or judicial experience in recovery or legal litigation; knowledge of recovery procedures, court hearings, dealing with legal counsel and case management. |
