| Education | Minimum: Graduate or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international institution. A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Sciences, Green Banking, Climate Change or related field is preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in banking and/or green banking and/or environmental & social risk management and/or sustainability development; at least 5 years preferably at a senior level related to green banking or risk management. |
| Key skills & expertise | Knowledge of SBP Green Banking guidelines and E&S risk frameworks; ESG and sustainability principles; project management; policy development; stakeholder engagement; due diligence and risk assessment; regulatory compliance; excellent communication and leadership skills. |
| Main responsibilities | Develop and implement green banking strategy, policies and procedures; integrate environmental & social risk management into bank operations; lead green financing initiatives; monitor compliance and reporting; build internal capacity and partnerships; promote sustainable finance products and practices. |
| Employment terms | Initial contractual appointment for three years, renewable at management's discretion. |
