Executive Engineer, C&W Division Shangla (Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) invites electronic bids under Single Stage Two Envelope E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) from eligible firms/contractors for construction, improvement, rehabilitation and widening of B/T and PCC/shingle roads in Malakand Division. Bidders must be registered with C&W Department, on the Active Taxpayer List, and comply with KPPRA procurement rules.
Key submission detail: Technical bids must be submitted by 01-09-2026 at 12:00 PM (technical bid deadline). Financial bids will be opened after approval/evaluation of technical bids. Bid documents and instructions can be downloaded from the C&W Division Shangla website (www.cwd.gkp.pk).
