The Office of the Commandant, Special Security Unit (SSU), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites national competitive bids (e-PADS) for procurement of other contingency / miscellaneous items for the Financial Year 2026-27. Interested manufacturers or their authorized distributors may submit proposals per the terms below.

| Eligibility / Qualification | Only firms on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Each firm to submit one sealed envelope containing the Financial Proposal. A firm must have successfully completed 3–4 similar/relevant tenders with the Police Department in previous financial year and have at least one ongoing police project at time of bidding. |
| Bid Security | PKR 50,000 (bank deposit) to be submitted with financial proposal from scheduled bank in favor of DDO SPECIAL SECURITY UNIT (CPEC), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bid security returned after finalization. |
| Performance / Contract Security | On acceptance, bidders shall deposit security of PKR 100,000 (Call Deposit) in the name of the undersigned and sign contract agreement with Commandant SSU, KP Police after completion of formalities. |
| Currency, Taxes & Pricing | Rates must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees and inclusive of all taxes, duties, charges, packing and freight up to project site. Rates valid until 2027-06-30. All applicable taxes will be deducted as per government policy. |
| Conditions & Notes | Conditional tenders/applications will not be entertained. Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under KPPRA Rules. Grounds for rejection may be communicated on request. |
