| Rates & validity | Quoted rates must be in Pakistani Rupees, inclusive of all taxes, duties and packing/freight to project site. Rates valid up to 2027-06-30. |
| Other conditions | Conditional tenders will not be entertained; taxes will be deducted as per government rules. Procuring entity reserves right to accept/reject any or all bids under KPPRA rules. |
