Issuer: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development and Management Company (KPEZDMC). KPEZDMC seeks experienced Litigation Officers to manage and safeguard the Company's legal interests in courts, tribunals and quasi-judicial fora. Positions are based in Hattar and Peshawar.

Litigation Officer 02 Hattar; Peshawar
  • Act as focal person for litigation management within assigned jurisdiction; ensure regular court attendance and follow-up with court officials and administrative offices.
  • Monitor and manage all litigation assigned including diary of causes, hearing schedules and case progress; maintain up-to-date litigation records (physical and electronic files).
  • Draft and file pleadings, vakalatnamas, applications, replies, affidavits, appeals and other legal documents; coordinate with Panel Counsel as required.
  • Provide timely reports to the Company’s Legal Department, including pending cases, upcoming hearings, compliance status and legal risks; maintain litigation compliance calendar.
  • Ensure proper service of court notices, obtain court orders, judgments and related documentation; coordinate with Head Office and stakeholders for evidence, affidavits and other documents.
  • Law degree (16 years of education / LLB or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
  • Enrollment/enrolment as an Advocate (district/high court) and license/registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Bar Council as applicable.
  • At least six (06) years of relevant litigation experience since date of enrollment (as stated in the advertisement).
  • Proven experience in commercial, corporate, industrial and labour law matters; strong drafting, reporting and interpersonal skills; proficiency in MS Word/MS Office.
