Issuer: Punjab Highway Department — Executive Engineer, Highway Mechanical Division Lahore (Superintending Engineer, Highway Mechanical Circle Lahore).
Purpose: Open e-tenders are invited from PEC-registered engineering firms/contractors for multiple road, bridge and carpeting works. Contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-procurement portal and comply with PPRA e-tendering rules. Earnest money (5% of estimated cost) must be uploaded on the e-portal as a CDR in favor of Executive Engineer, Highway Mechanical Division Lahore; the original CDR must be submitted to the tender opening committee half an hour before bid opening. Submission/upload of forged documents (including CDR) will lead to disqualification and legal action.
