Horticulture Agency, Lahore invites proposals from reputable national and international companies, corporate organizations, business groups, advertising agencies and established brands for sponsorship of Independence Day celebrations on 14 August 2026 in Lahore.
Eligibility & Required Submission Documents
Interested firms must demonstrate relevant experience and submit the following:
- Company/organization profile and relevant credentials
- Copy of registration with relevant tax/registration authorities
- Details of relevant experience in sponsorship, event management, advertising, branding or similar assignments
- Proposed sponsorship concept, scope of support and branding/promotional plan
- Indicative financial sponsorship contribution/offer
- Any other information considered relevant to the proposed sponsorship
Scope of Sponsorship / Key Responsibilities

| Branding & Publicity | Design/installation of flex banners, event branding, flags, welcome panels, decorative branding material and other publicity material required for celebrations |
| Illumination of Major Roads | Illumination of major roads (e.g., Canal Road, Jail Road, Mall Road, Main Boulevard Gulberg) with green and white lights |
| City Branding Rights | Possible exclusive or specified city branding rights for up to 12 days at designated locations (roundabout branding, promotional floats, outdoor advertising at specified locations) |
Submission & Shortlisting
Expression of Interest (EOI) documents and supporting information must be submitted to the office of the Director Marketing, Horticulture Agency, Lahore (196-A, Khursheed Park, Shadman-1, Lahore). Shortlisted firms will be contacted for further clarification or presentations as required by the Competent Authority.
Deadline
EOIs must reach the office by 2026-08-13 at or before 12:00 hrs.
