Regional Office, Crime Control Department, Faisalabad Region invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System from eligible firms, manufacturers, authorized dealers and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities for framework contracts for the Financial Year 2026-2027. Bids are single-stage two-envelope and subject to Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended). Successful bidders must furnish a Performance Guarantee equal to 3% of the contract price.

Key submission and eligibility details:
- Submission method: Electronic bids via the Punjab e-Procurement System (portal) as per bidding documents. Hard bid security must be provided in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank and will be collected before bid opening.
- Bid submission deadline and time: 2026-08-20 by 11:00 AM. Late bids will not be accepted.
- Performance Guarantee: Successful bidders to provide 3% of contract price as Performance Guarantee in prescribed form (deposit at call / bank guarantee).
