Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development & Management Company (KPEZDMC) invites applications for two Litigation Officer positions to manage litigation matters before all Courts, Tribunals and quasi-judicial forums. Positions are based in Hattar and Peshawar.

| Key responsibilities | Act as focal person for litigation management; represent and regularly attend Courts; maintain litigation records (physical & electronic); monitor all assigned litigation, cause lists, hearing schedules and compliance; coordinate with Company Legal Department and panel counsel; prepare pleadings, replies, affidavits, wakalatnamas and related documents; obtain and communicate court orders, judgments, notices and summons; maintain litigation compliance calendar; process litigation-related administrative matters including engagement and execution of legal fee bills; submit periodic litigation status reports; report any adverse order or ex parte proceedings and recommend remedial action. |
| Qualifications & experience | At least a degree (16 years of education) in Law / LLB / LLB (Hons) from an accredited law school/institution; must hold license of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Bar Council to practice at High Court; minimum six (06) years of relevant experience since enrollment as Advocate District Court; proven experience in commercial, company, corporate, industrial and labour laws. Strong interpersonal, communication, report writing and proposal writing skills; good computer skills (MS Word/MS Office). |
