NADRA Islamabad e-Bid: NG Firewalls & Enterprise Switches (Tender NADRA-HQ-RFB-95/2026)

Issuer: National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan. Invitation for electronic bids (e-BID) for procurement of next-generation (NG) firewalls and enterprise switches under Tender No. NADRA-HQ-RFB-95/2026. Eligible bidders must be registered income tax and sales tax payers (Active Taxpayers List, ATL) of the FBR.

Procedure and key requirements:

- Procurement method: Single Stage-Two Envelope. Evaluation and award will follow the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and any applicable regulations/guidelines of the procuring authority.

- Pre-Bid Meeting: Scheduled for 2026-08-12 at 14:00 hrs at Procurement Department, Headquarters NADRA, G-5/2, Islamabad.

- Bid Security: All bids must be accompanied by a bid security (in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee) as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders must submit valid NTN, sales tax registration and required company documentation.

- Submission & Portal: Bids must be submitted electronically via the Federal Procurement Portal / EPADS (EPADS v2.0). Manual/physical bids will not be entertained. Bidders must be registered on EPADS to participate.

- Deadline: Electronic bids must be uploaded on EPADS on or before 2026-08-20 at 11:00 AM (late submissions will be rejected).

- Contact & documents: Detailed bidding documents, terms & conditions, specifications and submission instructions are available on the EPADS portal. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rule 33 of the PPRA Rules, 2004.
