Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites sealed e-bids for the supply of "Steel Wire Rope Flexible (on as and when required) for PMDC Collieries Sor Range, Quetta" (Ref: P69689). Funds have been reserved for this procurement planned for FY 2026-27. Bidding will be conducted on EPADS v2.0 under Single Stage-One Envelope using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Key instructions: bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Manual submissions will not be accepted. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call at Deposit, or Demand Draft as specified in the bidding document.
