LWMC Invitation to Bid for Procurement of Anti-Littering Awareness Campaign Items

Issuer: Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC). LWMC invites bids from eligible bidders (as per Bidding Document). Joint venture/consortium is not allowed.

Purpose: Procurement of necessary items for an Anti-Littering Awareness Campaign for LWMC. Bidding documents will be made available immediately after publication on the PPRA Punjab website and the EPADS (Punjab e-procurement) website. Bidding documents may be viewed and downloaded free of cost from PPRA Punjab (https://epra.punjab.gov.pk or PPRA Punjab site) and EPADS (punjab.eprocure.gov.pk).

Submission instructions: Price along with required Bid Security is specified below. Original bid security in hard form must be submitted to the LWMC Head Office at the given address before the closing date and time. Bids must be submitted online through the EPADS website (punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Online submission cutoff and opening times are stated in the bidding documents; technical bids will be opened online in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Notes: Bidders must submit complete, signed, stamped and in complete conformity with the Bidding Document. The original hard copy of bid security must accompany the bid as specified. Response time shall be calculated exclusively from the publication of this advertisement on the PPRA/EPADS websites. Bids received after the deadline will be rejected.
