Deputy Project Director (PMU), Punjab Water & Sanitation Authority (P-WASA) invites e-bids from eligible Contractors/Firms/Companies holding valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in the relevant categories and registered with tax authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax). Procurement will be carried out through the Punjab e-Procurement System (ePRA/EPADs) under PPRA single-stage, two-envelope procedure.
Bid security in the amounts shown below (2% of the estimated price) must be submitted in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Pay Order in favour of Deputy Project Director (PMU), P-WASA. Bids must be submitted online on the e-Procurement portal by the stated deadline. Financial and technical proposals will be processed through EPADS as per Punjab Procurement Regulations.
