UVAS Lahore Tender No. 0049/2025-26 – Procurement of Furniture & Laboratory Equipment (E-PADs)

University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (UVAS), Lahore invites electronic bids through the E-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADs) for procurement under the project “Strengthening of KBCMA, CVAS, Narowal.” Eligible manufacturers, agents, contractors, firms, sole proprietors and suppliers registered with Income Tax, Punjab Sales Tax on Services (PRA), General Sales Tax (GST) and Professional Tax may submit bids.

Bids must follow a single-stage, two-envelope procedure and be submitted electronically via the E-PAD portal. A refundable bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price (in PKR) is required for each lot. Original instrument (deposit/PO/Banker’s cheque) of the 2% bid security in favor of "Treasurer, UVAS Lahore" must be submitted in original form to the Treasurer, UVAS Lahore on or before the bid submission deadline.

Key deadlines and submission details:

- Bid submission deadline (electronic): 2026-03-31 at 11:00 AM (local time).
- Bid opening (electronic): 2026-03-31 at 11:30 AM (local time) in the presence of bidders via E-PAD.
- Original bid security instrument must be delivered to Treasurer, UVAS Lahore on or before 2026-03-31 at 11:00 AM.
