District Health Authority (DHA), Nankana Sahib invites e-bids (Technical & Financial) from manufacturers or sole agents of foreign manufacturers for supply of machinery, equipment, instruments, hospital & office furniture and related items on free delivery at consignee's end for various DHA schemes during financial year 2025-26. There is no tender fee.
Bidding will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelopes procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended). Bidders must upload complete bids via the E-PADS online portal and submit original 2% bid security in favour of the Chief Executive Officer, District Health Authority Nankana Sahib (Bank Guarantee / CDR / Pay Order / Bank Draft / Call Deposit) to the DHA office by the deadline. All documents must be properly page-marked, signed and stamped as required by the bidding documents.
