| Experience | Minimum ~12 years of relevant experience in banking and/or green banking, environmental & social risk management, sustainability or related areas; including senior-level experience (several years) in green banking or risk management. |
| Employment Type & Contract | Contractual appointment for three years (renewal at Management discretion). Selected candidate will receive a compensation package and benefits per Bank policy. |
| Selection | Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting eligibility criteria will be invited for panel interview(s). |
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing the Bank's green banking strategy and policies; integrating environmental & social risk management into credit and operational processes; ensuring compliance with SBP/other regulatory green banking guidelines; advising business units on green finance products and risk mitigation; leading Green Banking and Environmental & Social Risk Management frameworks, standards and reporting; stakeholder engagement and capacity building across the Bank; and monitoring performance and impact of green initiatives.
Other requirements and desirable skills include comprehensive knowledge of green banking guidelines, environmental & social risk frameworks, project management, policy development, stakeholder engagement, and experience in designing and implementing green finance products and procedures.
