WAPDA Public Auction – Temporary Cultivation Plots along CJ-Link Canal, Mianwali (Auctions 11–12 Aug 2026)

WAPDA (Chief Engineer & PD Chashma Barrage & CRBC) invites public auction bids for vacant WAPDA land/plots on either side of the CJ-Link Canal for temporary cultivation (including Sarkanda cutting). All awarded plots will be leased for a period up to 31-05-2027 (11 months).

How to participate and key terms:

- Interested bidders must furnish bid security of Rs. 50,000 in the shape of CDR in favour of Chief Engineer & PD WAPDA C&CRBC Chashma, District Mianwali. Bidders without bid security will not be allowed to participate.

- Bidders must present a copy of their CNIC and provide a correct postal address and mobile number before participating.

- The successful bidder shall deposit 1/4th (25%) of the highest bid immediately at the fall of the hammer. The balance (remaining 75%) plus applicable taxes/dues must be deposited within the period specified in the notice (typically within 7 days) to avoid forfeiture.

- Auctions will be conducted publicly at WAPDA Main Camp Kundian. If any lot is not auctioned on the above dates for any reason, it will be put to auction on the rescheduled date as per the notice.
