Key instructions: Interested eligible bidders may obtain bidding documents and further information during office hours from the office of the Medical Superintendent / Procurement Officer, THQ Hospital 18-Hazari. A bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted online via PSID. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/) by 10:00 AM on 2026-08-20. Bids received after the stated time will not be entertained. Tenders will be opened on the same date at 11:00 AM on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Advertisement and bidding documents are also available on PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement websites. Single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure will be followed; bids in any other format will be rejected. Procurement will follow PPRA Rules, 2014 (as amended).
