Banking Court II Hyderabad: Zarai Taraqqiyati Bank Recovery Suit — Hearing 2026-08-20

Banking Court II, Hyderabad, presided by Judge Farid Anwar Qazi, has issued summons in Suit No. 2026/264 filed by Zarai Taraqqiyati Bank Limited for recovery of outstanding debt of Rs. 60,266,414 plus mark-up under the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001.
