Issuer: Ministry of Energy (Power Division), A-Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad. The Power Division invites proposals for pre-qualification of firms/workshops/vendors for repair and maintenance services for the Financial Year 2026-27 under PPRA Rules.

| Eligible Firms | Firms/Workshops/Vendors with valid registration for Sales Tax and Income Tax and active status on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. |
| Application Requirements | Submit application with Bid Security of Rs. 100,000 (in shape of Demand Draft) in accordance with instructions in the prequalification documents. Applications must comply with the Terms & Conditions in the prequalification documents. |
| Document Access | Prequalification documents can be downloaded from the Power Division website (www.power.gov.pk) and PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk) or collected from the office of the undersigned. |
| Submission Deadline | 2026-08-15, by 11:00 hours. |
| Opening of Applications | Applications will be opened in the presence of applicants' representatives who choose to attend at 12:00 hours on the same date (2026-08-15). |
| Award/Contract | Pre-qualified firms will be enlisted for open/close framework agreements. Only pre-qualified firms will be issued 'Request for Quotation' notices for repair/maintenance work as required by the office. Evaluation will follow criteria in the prequalification documents and PPRA Rules 2004. |
