Invitation for Bids — Framework Contract for Stationery, Equipment, Furniture & Related Items (Deputy Commissioner Abbottabad)

Deputy Commissioner Office, Abbottabad invites e-bids through the EPADS portal (http://kpprocure.gov.pk/) from eligible firms/suppliers (registered with FBR and on EPADS) for a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27 under KPPRA Rules 2014. Procurement covers multiple packages for supply of stationery, machinery/equipment, furniture, garden items, printing and other routine or VVIP visit related services.

Key Terms & Submission Instructions:

- Bidders must submit bids online via the EPADS portal. Manual/hand submissions will not be entertained.

- Required documents: copy of CNIC, NTN/Active Taxpayer Certificate and an affidavit certifying that the firm is not blacklisted by any client/KPPRA (affidavit is mandatory).

- Bidding procedure: Single Stage - Single Envelope as per KPPRA Rules 2014.

- Bid security must be submitted separately for each package as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of Deputy Commissioner Abbottabad.

- Deadline & opening: Closing date/time for submission is 2026-08-18 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day (2026-08-18) by the Procurement Committee at 11:00 AM in the office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Abbottabad.

- The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject all bids/proposals as per the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement of Goods, Works & Services Rules 2014.
