NUML Islamabad Tender: Supply of Oil, Fuel & Air Filters for Vehicles and Generators

Issuer: National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Islamabad. NUML invites sealed bids from reputable, experienced, registered and tax-compliant firms/suppliers for the supply of oil filters, fuel filters (big & small) and air filters required for the University’s operational fleet and standby generators.

Procurement details, specifications and quantities are available in the bidding documents. Bidding documents can be obtained from the Office of the Transport Officer, NUML Islamabad, on submission of a written request on company letterhead and payment of a non-refundable document fee of PKR 1,000 (pay order/demand draft in favour of National University of Modern Languages, Islamabad).

Eligibility: Firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and have relevant experience in supply to Government/Semi-Government departments or reputed organizations (documented experience in supply of tyres, tubes, flapper and batteries is mentioned).

Bid security: PKR 113,296 in the form of CDR / Demand Draft / Pay Order in favour of the Rector, National University of Modern Languages.

Submission & opening: Bids will be processed under Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PPRs. Sealed bids should be delivered to the Office of the Director Administration, NUML H-9, Islamabad. Bids will be opened at 11:00 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

How to obtain documents: Collect bidding documents from the Transport Officer, NUML, Islamabad on company letterhead and on payment of the PKR 1,000 non-refundable fee (pay order/demand draft in favour of NUML).
