Project Director, Project Monitoring Unit (PMU) — Gravity Flow Water Supply Scheme, Public Health Engineering Department (PHED), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites online applications (contract basis) from suitable candidates domiciled in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for multiple technical and administrative positions for the Gravity Flow Water Supply Scheme District Mansehra.
Application window: Online application form available at ETEA (www.etea.edu.pk). Online application opens 2026-08-01 and closes 2026-08-25. Prescribed non-refundable deposit slip to be submitted through Easypaisa App/Agent or at UBL/OMNI as instructed on the ETEA portal. Selection will be merit-based through ETEA testing and interviews; only shortlisted candidates will be called. Selection process and conditions: candidates will be provisionally allowed in the ETEA screening test based on submitted credentials; final appointment subject to verification and fulfillment of prescribed conditions including submission of verified photocopies of educational certificates, CNIC, domicile, two passport-size photographs and original deposit slip at interview. Candidates declared ineligible at any stage will not be considered. Government/semigovernment employees must apply through proper channel and submit NOC. No separate call letter will be issued for screening tests; admit slips will be downloaded from ETEA portal.
