RTB Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Tender: Collection of Adda Fees — Peshawar Bus Terminal (Closing 2026-08-17)

Road Transport Board (RTB), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids under Rule 6(2)(a) Single Stage One Envelope Procedure of KPPRA Rules 2014 for disposal of the asset: collection of Adda fees of Peshawar Bus Terminal (PST). Procurement is issued under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Act 2012 read with Rule No. 50D of KPPRA Rules 2014.

Bid documents, containing detailed description, mandatory eligibility criteria, minimum benchmark value and terms & conditions, may be obtained from the Office of the Secretary Road Transport Board / Director Transport Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Ground Floor, Benevolent Fund Building, Peshawar Cantt. Documents are available on written application between 09:00 am and 05:00 pm Monday to Friday from publication date until the last date for submission. Fee: Rs. 500 per application by bank draft in favor of Director Transport, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Bid security must be submitted as a verifiable Call Deposit Receipt or Pay Order in the name of Secretary Road Transport Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Contractors must be registered with the Local Council Board, Local Government Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Complete bids must reach the undersigned by the stated deadline and will be opened on the same day.

The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per provisions contained in Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014. Successful bidders shall deposit prescribed income tax and any other taxes imposed by the Federal or Provincial Government from time to time.
