Issuer: Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Department, Punjab — Social Welfare Training Institute, Sector D-1, Umer Chowk Township, Lahore.
Purpose: Invitation of electronic bids (e-PADs) for hiring services of contract staff for the Social Welfare Training Institute, Township, Lahore for Financial Year 2026-27 and 2027-28. Bidding will be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (Single Stage – Two Envelopes procedure).

Bid Security: 2% of each lot's total estimated cost (Lot 1 = Rs 108,000; Lot 2 = Rs 39,600). Electronic bids must include scanned bid security in the form of CDR / Bankers Cheque / Bank Guarantee. The original bid security instrument must be delivered to the Office of the Principal, Social Welfare Training Institute, Sector D-1, Umer Chow Township, Lahore before bid submission closing time.
