E-Procurement: Hiring Event Management Firm for Minority Day — Human Rights & Minorities Affairs Department, Lahore

Bids must be submitted/uploaded through E-PADS on the Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) e-procurement portal (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk or https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) before 2026-07-23 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the estimated price in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order. Bid validity will remain 120 days after submission of the bid. The Human Rights & Minorities Affairs Department reserves the right to reject all bids or the bidding process as per PPRA rules.
