NADRA RHO Islamabad Tender: Procurement of SPDs, Over/Under Voltage Relays & Fire Protection Devices — Bid Due 2026-08-17

Issuer: National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Regional Head Office Islamabad, Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan. Tender Ref: NADRA-RHO-ISB/Proc-25/2026.

Purpose: Procurement of electrical and fire-safety equipment. Eligible bidders: firms/companies registered with Income/Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

Submission method: Sealed technical along with financial proposals to be submitted through e-PADs.

Deadlines and schedule:

- Bid submission deadline: 2026-08-17 by 18:00 hours (through e-PADs).
- Original bid security (with sample) to be submitted before 10:00 hours on 2026-08-17.
- Bids will be opened at 10:30 hours on 2026-08-17.

Bid security: PKR 220,000 payable by Demand Draft/Pay Order in the name of NADRA NRC Disbursement Account Islamabad.

Procedure: Single Stage — Two Envelope procedure will be adopted. Competent authority reserves the right to reject bids as per clause 33 of the PPRs. If the closing/opening date falls on a public holiday, the tender will be opened on the next working day.
