Deputy Commissioner Abbottabad IFB — Framework Contract for Stationery, Equipment, Furniture, Garden Items & Printing (2026-27)

Deputy Commissioner Office Abbottabad invites e-bids through EPADS (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/) for a framework contract for the year 2026-27 to purchase stationery, equipment, furniture, garden items, other items and printing under KPPRA Rules 2014.

Eligibility & submission requirements

Eligible firms/suppliers (registered with FOR and on EPADS) must submit e-bids using the EPADS portal. Each bid must be accompanied by:

• Copy of CNIC
• NTN / Active Taxpayer Certificate
• Certificate/affidavit stating the firm is not blacklisted by any client / KPPRA (affidavit is mandatory)

Bidding procedure & conditions

Bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage - Single Envelope procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must provide complete contact information (postal address, valid email and phone number) and indicate the package name on the envelope. Firms must quote for all items of the chosen package as mentioned in the bidding documents; otherwise the bid will not be accepted.

Bid security

Bid Security (separate for each package) must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of Deputy Commissioner Abbottabad.

Deadlines & opening

Closing date/time for submission: 2026-08-18 at 10:00 AM (bids must be submitted via EPADS; bids submitted by hand will not be entertained). Bids will be opened on 2026-08-18 at 11:00 AM by the Procurement Committee in the Office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner General Abbottabad.
