Cantonment Board Wah Notice: Transfer of Property Rights for Plot 215-A (Survey 118)

The Office of the Cantonment Board, Wah Cantonment, notifies that according to office records Property No. 215-A (Survey No. 118, Schedule IX-A, CLA Rules 1937) in Gulistan Colony, Wah Cantt is recorded in the names of Malik Arif Mahmood and Ghulam Mustafa. Malik Arif Mahmood, by document No. 095-2025-0000227 dated 2025-05-27, appointed Ghulam Mustafa (resident of House No. 484/F-10, POF Wah Cantt) as his general attorney for his share.

Ghulam Mustafa has applied to the Cantonment Board to transfer the property rights by gift (Shari'a) to his sons Malik Ghulam Murtaza and Ghulam Mujtaba. Any person or institution with objections must submit evidence and objections to the Cantonment Board office, Wah Cantonment, in person or by registered post within 15 days of this notice's publication; otherwise action will be taken as per rules and further appeal will not be accepted.
