NDMA Islamabad Auction: 22 Vehicles and 7 Motorbikes — 18 August 2026

Issuer: National Disaster Management Authority (Prime Minister's Office), Islamabad. NDMA invites sealed bid auction for 22 off-road/utility vehicles and 7 motorbikes. Inspection and auction schedule, bid security, payment and delivery terms are provided below.

Key terms and conditions:

- Bidders must present original CNIC at the time of auction.

- Bid security: pay order / bank draft in favour of NDMA: Rs. 10,000 for motorcycles; Rs. 25,000 for vehicles up to 1300cc; Rs. 50,000 for vehicles above 1300cc.

- Successful bidder must deposit 25% of the bid amount on the spot; remaining full payment to be made to the Government Treasury within the prescribed time. Failure to deposit within time will forfeit advance payment.

- Payment of any outstanding token tax (if any) is responsibility of the successful bidder.

- Vehicle documents / registration books will be delivered after completion of payment and other codal requirements.

- All government taxes (where applicable) are payable by the successful bidder.

- Vehicles will be handed over after transfer of registration within 15 days.

- Auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids.
