Key Terms & Conditions:
1. Bidders must present original CNIC at the time of auction.
2. Earnest money by pay order / bank draft in favour of NDMA: Rs. 10,000 (motorbike), Rs. 25,000 (vehicles up to 1300cc) and Rs. 50,000 (vehicles above 1300cc).
3. Successful bidder must deposit 25% of the bid amount immediately (on spot). Full payment to be deposited in Government Treasury as instructed; if full payment is not made within the prescribed time, the advance payment will be forfeited.
4. Payment of any outstanding token tax (if any) is the responsibility of the successful bidder.
5. Vehicle registration documents/books will be delivered only after completion of payment and other codal requirements.
6. All applicable government taxes/levies will be paid by the successful bidder.
7. Handover of vehicles will occur after transfer/registration of the vehicles within 15 days.
8. The Auction Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids.
