Additional Inspector General of Police (Investigation), South Punjab, Multan invites e-bids for multiple procurement lots under Tender Notice No. 01/2026-27. Important instructions:
- E-bid submission deadline: 2026-08-18 at 11:00 AM (Punjab e-Procurement System). E-bid opening (technical bids): 2026-08-18 at 11:30 AM. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later and notified separately.
- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost as shown above must be submitted in original form as required under Rule 27 of PPRA 2014. The original bid security must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the lot number and title.
- All procurements will be made electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and comply with the bidding conditions and documentation requirements specified in the tender documents.
