Executive Engineer, Communication & Works (C&W) Division Lower Chitral invites electronic bids under the Single-Stage Two-Envelope E-PADE system in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules. Bidding documents and instructions are available on the E-PADE website. Original call deposit for bid security and tender fee must be enclosed in the technical proposal as required. Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority where applicable and meet PEC/qualification requirements listed below.
