KP C&W Division Tank — E-PADS Tender Notice for Multiple Road & Rehabilitation Works

Issuer: Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Communication & Works Department, C&W Division Tank.

Purpose: Invitation of bids through the E-PADS online procurement system (Single Stage Single Envelope) under KPPRA/PPRA procurement rules for multiple civil works packages (road construction, improvement, repair and rehabilitation) administered by C&W Division Tank.

How to apply: Bidders must register and submit/upload their financial bids via the official E-PADS portal before the stated deadline. Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) can be downloaded from the E-PADS website.

Bid security and original documents: A bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost is required. Bidders must also physically submit original bid security (call deposit) in favour of the Executive Engineer, C&W Division Tank, to the Division office as specified in the bidding instructions. Original documents required under the bidding procedure must be presented as instructed.

Important conditions: Contractors submitting bids significantly below the Engineer's estimate (e.g., beyond commonly allowed limits) will be required to provide additional security or follow the evaluation procedure as per rules. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable procurement rules.
