Bid submission: Single-stage submission comprising three sealed envelopes enclosed in one outer envelope: (1) envelope containing pay order for tender cost and the CDR for bid security, (2) technical bid, and (3) financial bid. Tenders may be submitted by courier or by hand.
Deadline and opening: Last date for submission is 2026-08-20 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the Committee Room of DPS Sahiwal in the presence of bidders.
Other conditions: The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject proposals.
