Punjab Emergency Services Department Prequalification for SMD LED Displays with Installation

Issuer: Government of the Punjab, Emergency Services Department (Procurement Section, PPS Wing).

Purpose: Prequalification of manufacturers/authorized distributors registered with tax authorities for supply and installation of outdoor SMD LED displays.

Total estimated cost: Rs 115,000,000.

Eligibility & requirements: Applicants must be manufacturers or authorized distributors registered with tax authorities in Pakistan and must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Prequalification documents must be submitted through the e-Procurement System using the PDF upload method. Only firms meeting the prescribed minimum requirements will be prequalified and entitled to participate in subsequent procurement proceedings.

Submission method & deadlines: Prequalification documents must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Documents must be submitted by 2026-08-19 at 11:00 AM; submissions will be opened electronically on the same date at 11:30 AM.

Procurement rules & sources: The prequalification and subsequent procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2020, and Rule 38(2)(a) (Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure) of PPR-2014 applies. Prequalification documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and the Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk).
