The Special Investment Facilitation Council Division (SIFCD), Cabinet Secretariat, Government of Pakistan invites sealed tenders on a Single Stage–Single Envelope bidding procedure for prequalification of reputed firms/vendors for Civil, Electrical and Allied Works.
