Deputy Conservator of Forests, Khushab Forest Division, Jauharabad invites electronic bids on the Punjab e-Procurement System for multiple afforestation, nursery, maintenance and related forestry works for the financial year 2026-27.
Eligibility: Experience firms/contractors registered and renewed with FBR, PRA & PEC (with code CE-10(V)) and FC&R Department; holding professional tax certificate from Excise & Taxation Department for 2026-27; and registered on the e-Procurement System (ePunjab). All bids must be submitted online at the e-Procurement portal. A bid security (CPR) of 2% of the estimated price in the form of a Bank Guarantee in favor of the Deputy Conservator of Forests, Khushab Forest Division, Jauharabad is required. Original documents and the CPR must be submitted in the office of the Deputy Conservator of Forests before bid closing time. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained.
