Project Director, Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU), Environment Protection & Climate Change Department (EPCCD), Government of the Punjab invites sealed e-bids (Technical & Financial) from firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments for procurement of specified services. Joint Venture / Consortium is not allowed. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (e-PS).

Key submission and eligibility details:
- Bid validity: 120 days.
- Submission: Only through Punjab E-Procurement System (e-PS). Incomplete or conditional bids and bids without the specified bid security will be rejected.
- Deadline for submission: 2026-08-11 by 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day (11th August 2026) at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
- Bid security: To be submitted via the digital banking facility of the Punjab E-Procurement System by generating the PSID and depositing the required amount through prescribed banking channels. Bid security should be in favor of the Project Director, SP&IU, EPCCD.
- Procedure: Single stage two-envelope procedure as per applicable PPRA rules. The Procuring Agency (SP&IU, EPCCD) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per rules.
